Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Prime Fire Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Prime Fire Services provides professional fire safety services including, but not limited to:

Kitchen exhaust hood cleaning
Fire extinguisher inspection and service
Fire suppression system installation and maintenance
Emergency and exit light testing
Fire door inspections
Monthly fire safety inspections

Service Agreements

Specific services will be governed by individual service agreements or quotes provided to you. These agreements may include additional terms regarding pricing, scheduling, scope of work, and payment terms.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your facility and equipment
Ensure safe access to areas requiring service
Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions
Make timely payments as agreed upon
Follow recommendations for maintaining fire safety compliance

Scheduling and Cancellation

We strive to accommodate your scheduling needs. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency services are available and may be subject to additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

While we perform our services with professional care and in accordance with industry standards, Prime Fire Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we perform our services in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes, we do not warrant that our services will meet all of your specific requirements or that the results will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Insurance and Licensing

Prime Fire Services maintains appropriate insurance coverage and licensing as required by applicable state and local regulations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Compliance

Our services are performed in accordance with applicable NFPA codes and standards, including NFPA 96, NFPA 17A, NFPA 80, NFPA 10, and NFPA 101. However, ultimate responsibility for maintaining fire safety compliance rests with the property owner or operator.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
